Reproductivemedicinehasexperiencedadynamicgrowthinrecentdecades.Cuttingedgetechnologieshavemadeitpossibleforchildlesscouplestomaketheirdreamcometrue–tohavetheirowngeneticallyrelatedchildren.Efficiencyandsafetyofmodernreproductivetechnologieshavedirectreferencetothequalityofauxiliaryserviceswithlegaladviceandconsultingbeingonthefrontline.Theseservicesaremadealotofdemandsonbecausereproductivetechnologiescovernotonlymedicalbutalsolegal,psychological,andotherrelevantissues.Complexnatureofrenderingsuchspecificserviceshasunitedhighly-qualifiedpracticingspecialistsfrommostpartsoftheworldwhichhasacquiredinternationalstatus.TheheadofficeofIRTSAUkrainehasbeenestablishedinUkraine(since2009)takingintoaccountthefactthatagreatmajorityofcountriesrestrictsapplicationofassistedreproductivetechnologiesandbrokerservicesinthissphere.SuchachoiceisnotaccidentalsinceUkrainianlegislationhasoneofthemostloyalregulationsforreproductivetechnologieswhilelocalclinicsapplyprogressivemedicalapproaches.Keytasksofourprojectarenotonlyorganizingandensuringofreproductiveprogramfulfillment,butalsoprotectingrightsandinterestsofallparticipantsinvolved.Wehopethatourassistancewillbeusefulformanyincludingmedicalinstitutions,IntendedParents,andotherparticipantsofabovementionedlegalrelations.
