Wehavethemostcomprehensive,multidisciplinaryfertilitycenterinIllinoisdedicatedtothetreatmentandcareofinfertilecouples.OurclinicisuniqueinthatweuseateamapproachforthefemaleANDmalepatienttodelineatethecause(s)oftheirinfertility.Since2009,themissionoftheSIUFertilityandIVFCenteristoassistpatientsinCentralandSouthernIllinoistoaccomplishtheirgoalofconceivingababy.
OurphysiciansareboardcertifiedinObstetricsandGynecology,ReproductiveEndocrinologyandInfertilityandUrology.Inaddition,thephysiciansandtheirteamofspecialtynurses,geneticscounselorsanddietitiansprovidethemostadvancedtreatmentoptionsforcouplesstrugglingwithinfertility.Forpatientswhorequirereproductivesurgery,SIUFertilityandIVFCenterphysiciansareamongthenation’sleadersinsurgicaltreatmentforreproductiveissuesandhaveearnedcredentialsfromtheAccreditationCouncilforGynecologicEndoscopy(ACGE)fromtheAmericanAssociationofGynecologicLaparoscopists(AAGL).OurfacilityistheonlyfertilitycenterandaccreditedlaboratoryinCentral/SouthernIllinoistoholdamembershipwiththeSocietyforAssistedReproductiveTechnology(SART)andreportourdataaccordingtotheirrenownedstandards.
J.RicardoLoretdeMola,MD,FACOG,FACS,isthemedicaldirectoroftheReproductiveEndocrinologyandInfertilityCenter.Hehasdedicatedhislifetohelpingcouplesachievethedreamofhavingachildandhasdonesowithtremendoussuccess.Healsospecializesinthetreatmentofpatientswithpolycysticovariansyndrome(PCOS)andendometriosisandiscurrentlyconductingclinicalresearchstudiestofurtherdelineatemechanismsassociatedwiththesefertilitycompromisingdiseasesandpotentiallynewtherapeuticavenues.
